BARMM, 26 November 2019 – The Mufti of the Bangsamoro spoke before the student leaders of Notre Dame University (NDU) this morning.
He was asked to speak what is violent extremism in Islam by sighting the Qur’an and Sunnah.
“Women, children, elders, and non-combatants must be spared in armed conflict”, among others, The Mufti emphasized.
